Technique
The Gsiesertal Valley has many beautiful alpine pastures, some of which also offer refreshments. As its name suggests, the “Almweg 2000” trail runs at an average altitude of 2000 metres from one alpine pasture to another and offers impressive views of the entire valley.
From St. Magdalena to the Gsieser Törl and from there as a circular hike along the Almweg 2000 via the Weißbachalm back to St. Magdalena.

If you are looking for a beautiful vantage point over the entire Gsiesertal Valley, the Gsieser Törl is the right place for you! On hot days it is recommended to start as early as possible, since only the first section of the trail (approx. 45 min) offers shadow, do not forget sunscreen!
