You can reach Welsberg directly by train. From there, regolar local buses take you to Taisten and into Gsiesertal Valley, via Pichl and St. Martin as far as St. Magdalena. This makes it easy to plan your entire journey by public transport.

If you stay at accommodation affiliated with the tourism association, you receive the Südtirol Guest Pass for your entire stay. It gives you free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol, so you can explore the region without a car during your holiday.
