The Gsiesertal Valley Cycle Route

The approximately 18 km cycle route connects Welsberg with St. Magdalena, running through the entire Gsiesertal Valley. Apart from the upper section between St. Martin and St. Magdalena, you can cycle along both sides of the valley, discovering a different perspective along the way.

The route only becomes a little more demanding towards St. Magdalena. Elsewhere, gradients are generally gentle, making it particularly suitable for families, leisure cyclists and relaxed day trips.

Along the way, rest areas, restaurants and cafés and the valley's traditional rural landscape offer plenty of reasons to stop and take your time.
