How you travel here makes a difference

Your holiday begins with the journey here. Sit back and relax: IC and EC trains, along with Trenitalia's high-speed Frecce services, stop in Bolzano or Brixen. From there, take a regional train to Welsberg, then continue into the valley by bus, South Tyrol Transfer, taxi or your accommodation's shuttle service.

Customs regulations

When entering or leaving Italy, Italian customs regulations apply. Some goods are prohibited or subject to restrictions, and certain items may need to be declared to customs. It's worth checking the rules on permitted goods before you travel, so you can avoid unexpected difficulties at the border or airport.
