Ruin Thurn
Description
Ruin Thurn dates back to the 13th century and was abandoned in the 17th century. A devastating fire in 1765 led to the destruction of much of the structure. The 22-metre-high keep, still well preserved, is particularly striking. The ruin provides insight into medieval defensive architecture and is a popular destination for history enthusiasts and hikers.
